This is a 30 ml bottle packaging with a classic cylindrical shape. The straighforward design features a practical press-type dropper for dispensing contents efficiently and accurately.

The dropper assembly consists of multiple components. The inner lining is made of food grade PP material for product compatibility. The outer ABS sleeve and button provide rigidity and durability. A PE guide plug is used below the lining to position and secure it inside the sleeve. An 18 tooth NBR cap connects to the top of the ABS button to provide an air-tight seal when pressed. A 7mm borosilicate glass dropper tube is securely fitted to the bottom of the inner lining to deliver the product.

Together, these components enable the press-type functionality of the dropper. Pressing the NBR cap down pushes on the inner lining, compressing it slightly and releasing a drop of product from the glass dropper tube. Releasing the cap stops the flow immediately to prevent leakage or waste. The straight cylindrical shape of the bottle combined with the round base ensure stability when placed upright.

The high quality borosilicate glass construction makes this bottle durable and reusable. The smooth, seamless surface of the glass container is also easy to clean. Borosilicate glass can withstand temperature changes without expanding, cracking or contracting, making it suitable for oils and essences.
