Our foundation bottles feature a polished glass bottle body paired with injection molded plastic components in an elegant optic white and gold finish.
The plastic screw cap and inner lift are produced in-house from ABS plastic using precision injection molding for consistency. An electroplating process is then applied to coat the plastic parts in a lustrous gold metallic layer, providing a touch of luxury.
The transparent glass bottle body provides excellent visibility of contents. The glass is formed using automated blowing methods then annealed to achieve superior clarity and brilliance. The surface is treated with a real gold electroplating technique to add a bold accent stripe.
Decoration on the glass bottles includes a single color silkscreen print in black ink. The opaque ink coverage combined with the metallic gold stripe creates an eye-catching dual-tone aesthetic. Our team can design custom graphics for the silkscreen label per your brand’s vision.
